Question:
One of the many activities of our young people today tend to stay away from even contradictory to the teachings of Islam. As such form clubs motor vehicle, assembled in the streets while memparkir vehicle on the street, or do a parade around. Young pontensial time they do not properly use the alias mereke wasted so aja. How this phenomenon according to the Islamic view?

Basically, Islam gives freedom to its followers to do any activities, for activities that do not endanger the actors and others or the environment. Dihalalkannya as well as everything that exists on this earth to eat, as long as something is not dangerous or there mengharamkannya propositions.
The habits of the young hang in the streets with a variety of attributes are allowed only to be done. Origin is able to perform duties and provide the right road users, including not interfere with road users, and can provide benefits, and do not see the woman who is not running mahromnya.
As told, the Prophet Muhammad had warned the people who often sat on the edges of the road, he said:
إياكم والجلوس في الطرقات قالوا يا رسول الله ما لنا بد من مجالسنا نتحدث فيها قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فإذا أبيتم إلا المجلس فأعطوا الطريق حقه قالوا وما حقه قال غض البصر وكف الأذى ورد السلام والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر
“Be careful you do not sit on the side of the road ". So they answered, "O Messenger of Allah we can not avoid it, we just chatted it ". So the Prophet said, "If you had to sit, then give the road their rights, namely; closed his eyes from the things forbidden, do not interfere with people walking, answering greetings, getting people to do good, prevent people from doing kemungkaran,". (Muslim. 3960)
The phenomenon of young people today do just the opposite, they interfere with roads and tend to create conflicts with other travelers. In fact, they are gathering to make the event chat, here there grants or speaking with no benefits. Places they choose to hang out is a crowded place through the pedestrians and not infrequently by women who seduced.
Associations that they invented it does not intend to distribute each other or answer greeting. So what happens there is no 'Amar-ma'ruf and nahi-evil, But quite the contrary. Thus, the law is not justified in the religion.
Meanwhile, in the Islamic view of youth is a very urgent time in the levels of human life., It must be wise in using it. Youth is not only required to avoid actions that are not good, but more than that, a young man should be able to determine the choice of the best things from the good. Deed more beneficial for him and also for the interests of religion as well as adding strength and steadfastness of faith. Because youth is a great time to be used by extending all sorts of positive activities, because it is still supported by the body condition is still excellent. Hence, youth is a time of peak human strength, if the youth had passed, it passed all his strength, and will not be seen again unless the power of old age filled with flaws and weaknesses.
As exemplified by a group of young men-Kahf Ashabul so strong to keep religion and faith, they went into the cave in order to avoid the influence of people who have been doing a lot of acts that violate the religion. Narrated in the Qur'an (QS.18: 10):
إذ أوى الفتية إلى الكهف فقالوا ربنا آتنا من لدنك رحمة وهيئ لنا من أمرنا رشد
(Remember) when the youths sought refuge in the cave, and they prayed: "Our Lord, bestow on us Mercy from Thyself, and dispose of our guidance in our affairs straight (this)."

فجعلهم جذاذا إلا كبيرا لهم لعلهم إليه يرجعون قالوا من فعل هذا بآلهتنا إنه لمن الظالمين قالوا سمعنا فتى يذكرهم يقال له إبراهيم

In history also proved that among the people who first embraced Islam (Assabiqun Alawwalun) Is the youth. Among them was a wealthy merchant who is still relatively young, he is Abu Bakr Ra. which was then 38 years old, there is even a much younger, Ali Bin Abi Thalib Ra. which is a cousin of the Prophet who was 10 years old. And there are many young men who also fought alongside the Prophet of Islam in the beginning that could not be mentioned all in this short column. The role these young men who helped in spreading the propaganda of the Prophet of Islam first time on this earth.
Therefore, if we are to view the power of Islam in the early days, actually lies in youth. Was what happened today, actually it is not so, they are even more familiar with cultures that have nothing to do, even contrary to Islam.
Also because there were attempts by the enemies of Islam, by deliberately keeping our youth from the teachings of Islam, in order to mengahancurkan Islam, so Muslims do not have power, Although the number of Muslims very much. As one of the "weapons" used by enemies of Islam and effective enough influence on the youth of Islam among the impressions-impressions on television, which tends to be imitated, because it's packaged so well that attract the attention of our youth.
So the steps that need to be done for our youth to have strong principles and is not easily affected by such negative cultural; would prohibit the our youth from the watch-television show that does not educate. For this, further specialized for parents, should form the ban, and also a form of education-another positive education should be started before they hit adolescence or adulthood. Education provided to children early on, will make the child become accustomed to, so that education will form a strong character when the child stepped on adolescence or adulthood.
Similarly, education about the Islamic teachings should take precedence and include the main to be provided by parents to their children. Thus, the child can understand and believe about the truth of Islamic teachings and also aware of the importance to implement properly the teachings of Islam. Because, if someone does not know about something, then he will tend to judge something according to their own tastes and understanding, such as when someone does not know that, the bitter medicine and injection pain was actually useful to cure the disease, then he would not want taking medication and would refuse a shot. In understanding Islam, too, if someone does not understand the meaning of Islam properly, it will be regarded as Islam is a doctrine that "bitter" and "painful".
Unlike the early days of Islam when the first, if there are pagan polytheists are attracted to Islam and went to the Islamic religion, then he will be good Muslims and convinced of the truth of his teachings, because he was trying to understand Islam with the truth. But now condition was reversed, now the Muslims to behave like a pagan, who was not convinced about the truth of the teachings of Islam, never even crossed his heart desires, or at least take the time to learn and understand the true Islamic teachings. Thus need to be aware to Muslims about the importance of studying the teachings of dianutnya, so that is not affected by the perception of people or groups who do not really understand Islam itself.
